Enjoyable if you're into super-heros.
Review:
As a kid, I grew up watching Batman (you remember, those horrible shows with Adam West and Burt Ward). I loved those. So you can't blame me for looking forward to Batman movies. I think each of the recent Batman movies have been very good. Most have t
hrived on the brilliant acting of some of the villains (Jack Nicholson, Danny Devito etc.). That's why I was disappointed that the Batman people decided that the next villain would be Schwarzenegger. Let's face it. He's not a great actor. But maybe he
was the only person accurate to the demeanor of Mr. Freeze. To that end, he was passable, but not wonderful. The true heroine of this movie was Uma Thurman who I thought was a wonderful cast and did a great job. As for the rest of the cast, they did w
ell. I still have problem seeing Clooney as Batman and not an ER doctor.
This movie was an enjoyable comic-book movie, and I would recommend it as an entertaining night out. If you like the first Batman movies, you should go see this one.
